BOOK REC! this book is just as hardcore and intense as it sounds. written by two vegan girls. totally rails against eating meat and dispells myths about where protein comes from, as well as the whole “no carb” stuff. just very matter of fact and informative!
next i want to read “skinny bitch in the kitch” just because i think the title is adorable.
